What you need it for

Attestation services in the UAE

Short answer

Easy Attestation provides information and collects quote requests. It does not attest documents itself. When you submit an enquiry, the details may be referred to an independent service provider that can assess or carry out the work. You can also use the government routes described on this site directly and pay only the relevant official charges.

Start with the route, not the sales quote

A useful attestation quote begins with four facts: what the document is, where it was issued, where it will be used and when it is needed. A provider cannot price the chain responsibly from “degree certificate” alone. The home-country authority, UAE mission, MoFAIC classification, courier and translation can all change the total.

The enquiry form on this page collects those facts. Easy Attestation may share the request with an independent provider that appears relevant. The provider decides whether it can handle the case and issues its own quotation. Easy Attestation does not perform the attestation and does not decide whether an authority accepts the document.

You can do it yourself

Submitting an enquiry is optional. The official links, fees and procedures on this site are provided so you can apply directly where the authority permits it.

What a complete quotation should show

Do not compare two totals until both include the same stages. Ask for a written breakdown.

When a provider can be useful

A provider is most useful when the document remains in its issuing country, when several authorities must be visited in sequence, or when the applicant cannot coordinate collection and return. It can also help identify a likely rejection risk before money is spent.

A provider is less useful when the document has completed every earlier stage and the applicant is comfortable using the MoFAIC website and courier. MoFAIC says another person can submit a document on your behalf without a power of attorney for the attestation submission itself.

A referral may help if…

  • The original document is in another country
  • You do not know which home-country authority must act first
  • A previous application was rejected and the restart point is unclear
  • You need one written breakdown covering the entire chain

Apply directly if…

  • Only the final MoFAIC stage remains and you can use the official online service
  • The recipient has not yet confirmed that attestation is required
  • The request is only to verify an existing MoFAIC reference

Before handing over an original document

Protect the document and your personal data

  • Keep a clear scan of every page and stamp
  • Ask for the provider’s legal name and contact details
  • Confirm the stages and charges in writing
  • Use tracked handover and return arrangements
  • Cover unnecessary passport, Emirates ID and certificate numbers in initial photographs
  • Keep the application, payment and courier references
  • Verify the completed MoFAIC result independently

What happens to your enquiry

The phone number and case details are used to respond to the request. They may be disclosed to an independent provider for that purpose. Do not include full passport, Emirates ID, payment-card or certificate numbers in the free-text box. If a document image is later needed, cover identifiers that are not necessary for the assessment.

The privacy page explains retention and deletion requests. Submitting a form is not consent to unrelated marketing, and it does not require you to buy from a referred provider.

The process, step by step

  1. Describe the document

State the document type, country of issue, intended use and deadline. These four facts determine the likely route.

  2. Receive a route assessment

The enquiry may be shared with an independent provider able to assess the relevant chain and quote its own service.

  3. Separate official and provider charges

Ask for government, embassy, courier, translation and provider charges to be shown separately before agreeing.

  4. Choose whether to proceed

You are not required to accept a referred provider’s quote. The government links on this site remain available for a direct application.

Common questions

Does Easy Attestation attest documents?
No. Easy Attestation is an information and referral website. An independent provider may perform the work if you choose to accept its quotation.
Is Easy Attestation part of MoFAIC?
No. Easy Attestation is not a UAE ministry, embassy, official attestation centre or authorised government portal.
What happens after I submit my phone number?
The enquiry is stored so it can be answered and may be shared with an independent provider relevant to the request. It is not added to a marketing list merely because you requested a route check.
Can I complete attestation myself?
Yes. MoFAIC and the other authorities operate public application channels. A provider is most useful when a document is abroad, an earlier stage requires local handling, or you prefer someone to coordinate the chain.
How do I compare quotes?
Ask each provider to separate official fees, embassy charges, courier, translation and its own handling fee. A low headline price may omit one or more of those stages.
Is there a MoFA attestation centre near me?
MoFAIC states that it has no Customer Happiness Centres. Applications use its website or app, with courier handling where an original document is required.
Does a referral guarantee acceptance?
No. Acceptance is decided by the relevant authority or receiving organisation. No provider can honestly guarantee a decision before the document is assessed.
Must I send the original immediately?
No. Start with the document type and issuing country. If a provider asks for the original, confirm the exact stage, return method, tracking and responsibility before handing it over.
