What this website provides

Easy Attestation is an information and referral website operated by Sandesh Solutions FZE. We publish general guidance about document attestation, legalisation and UAE business documents. We do not perform attestation, provide legal advice or provide company formation services. The website is independent and is not a ministry, embassy, court, free zone or other government authority. References and links to an authority do not imply affiliation, approval or endorsement.

Information is not a guarantee or legal advice

Government fees, forms, eligibility rules, processing channels and timelines can change. Pages state when sources were checked and identify gaps or conflicts, but no page guarantees that an authority will accept a document or complete a service by a particular date. Confirm critical requirements with the receiving authority before spending money or making travel, employment, immigration or company decisions. Seek a qualified lawyer for legal advice.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting a form or WhatsApp message is a request for information, not an instruction to begin paid work and not a service booking. We may refer your request to one or more independent providers, who assess the request and issue their own quotations. You do not have to accept a quote. A referral does not guarantee that a provider will take the case, that a document will be accepted or that work will finish by your requested deadline.

Sandesh Solutions FZE expects to receive a referral fee or commission from independent providers it refers enquiries to. As at 27 September 2026 no provider partnership has been finalised and no fee amount has been agreed; this disclosure will be updated when terms are set. Ask the provider whether any referral fee is reflected in its quote.

Any paid work is a separate agreement with your chosen provider. Before paying or handing over documents, ask that provider to confirm in writing:

  • its legal name, relevant licence details and who will carry out the work;
  • the exact scope, required documents and receiving authority;
  • the total quote, including government fees, provider charges and any separate costs;
  • the estimated completion time, dependencies and how changes will be agreed; and
  • payment, cancellation, refund and complaint arrangements.

Check the provider's identity and permissions independently. A referral is not a government endorsement or a certification of that provider's credentials. Where an authority accepts direct applications, you can consider that route without using a referral.

Referral information and your choices

The referral form explains that your contact and case details may be shared with one or more independent providers for your request. Read the privacy notice before submitting. If you want information only, use the contact page and state that you do not want a provider referral. Optional analytics choices are separate from a referral request.

Your responsibility

Provide accurate information and do not send unlawful material or another person's personal document without authority. Start with a description; do not send passport or Emirates ID numbers, document scans, passwords or government-login codes with an initial enquiry. Check names, dates, issuing authorities and document condition before submitting documents to your chosen provider. Do not use the website to attack the form, upload malicious content, scrape personal information or interfere with its operation.

External websites

Government and provider links are supplied so readers can verify claims and apply directly. Easy Attestation does not control those sites, their availability or later changes. A link is not a warranty of the external service.

Copyright and reuse

You may quote short passages of our original text with attribution and a link. For broader reuse, contact us for permission unless applicable law permits that use. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' terms. We do not claim ownership of government facts or legislation.

Website issues, complaints and your rights

The website may be unavailable or contain errors. Report a problem with our content, enquiry handling or referral through the contact page. For a complaint about paid work, contact the provider named in your agreement and keep the quote, payment record and correspondence. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies available under applicable law, limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or prevents you from contacting a competent authority.

Privacy and changes

Use of personal data is described in the privacy notice and optional storage in the cookie policy. These terms may be updated when the website, referral process or applicable requirements change; the date at the top will show the latest revision.
