Privacy notice
Last updated: 28 August 2026.
This notice explains what Easy Attestation collects through this website, why it is used, where it goes and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Easy Attestation is an independent information and enquiry service. It is not a government body.
Information you choose to send
The enquiry form asks for:
- your WhatsApp or telephone number;
- the type of document and country of issue;
- your name, only if you choose to provide it;
- an optional note; and
- the page from which you submitted the enquiry.
The form also records the country associated with the request by Cloudflare. It does not store your IP address in the lead database. Do not put passport numbers, Emirates ID numbers, medical information or full document scans into the free-text note.
What happens to your phone number
Your number is stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database and used to answer the enquiry, normally through WhatsApp. It is not placed in Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or the website data layer. We do not sell submitted contact details or use them to build advertising audiences. If an operational webhook is configured, the enquiry may also be sent to the private workflow used to notify the person answering enquiries.
Why the information is used
- to answer the specific question or quote request you submitted;
- to keep a record of what was agreed and prevent enquiries being lost;
- to protect the form from automated abuse; and
- to understand, in aggregate, which pages produce useful enquiries.
Retention and deletion
The working retention period for enquiry records is 12 months. The lead system removes records older than 12 months when the next genuine form enquiry is received. If the form is dormant, deletion is completed during the next operational cleanup rather than on the exact anniversary date. A shorter period may apply when the enquiry is resolved and there is no continuing reason to retain it. Backups, provider logs or records required for a dispute or legal obligation may persist for a limited additional period.
To ask what lead data is held, correct it or request deletion, send a WhatsApp message to +971 50 304 7470 and say “privacy request”. We will need to verify that the number making the request matches the number in the enquiry record. Analytics-cookie choices can be changed at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Website measurement
- Google Tag Manager manages measurement tags and receives the consent state.
- Google Analytics 4 measures consented visits and conversion events for measurement ID
G-95WF7BSKKQ. - Microsoft Clarity, when configured, provides aggregated interaction reports, heatmaps and session diagnostics.
- Cloudflare delivers and protects the site, processes network requests and hosts the Worker and lead database.
Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only after you choose analytics in the consent panel. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are denied. Form fields must not be sent to analytics and are excluded from the site's conversion events. See the cookie policy for the storage details.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft and WhatsApp may process technical or message data in locations outside the UAE under their own infrastructure and contractual arrangements. Their services are governed by their published privacy terms. We limit the information sent to each service to what is needed for delivery, security, measurement or communication.
Your choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and to withdraw consent for optional analytics. These rights can have exceptions where information must be retained for security, legal obligations or a dispute. This page is a transparency notice, not legal advice.
