Privacy notice

Sandesh Solutions FZE operates EasyAttestation and is the controller of enquiry data collected through this website. This notice explains what is collected, why it is used, where it goes and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Easy Attestation is an independent information and enquiry service. It is not a government body.

Information you choose to send

The enquiry form asks for:

  • your WhatsApp or telephone number;
  • the type of document and country of issue;
  • what the document is needed for and the deadline category you select;
  • your name, only if you choose to provide it;
  • an optional note.

The form also records when the enquiry was received, the page it came from and the country associated with the request by Cloudflare. It does not store your IP address in the lead database. Do not put passport numbers, Emirates ID numbers, medical information or full document scans into the free-text note.

What happens to your phone number

The form sends your number and enquiry details to our enquiry system, hosted by Cloudflare, so they can be saved and used to answer your request. An internal notification service may also receive these details to alert the person handling enquiries.

The site then opens a prepared WhatsApp message with your document details and any note you added. You must choose Send in WhatsApp to send that message. If the form cannot save your enquiry, it offers the WhatsApp route so you can send the details directly. Messages you send through WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp's privacy terms.

The website's enquiry-tracking events exclude your submitted phone number, name and free-text note. The site does not use those submitted fields to build advertising audiences. Referral sharing is described below.

Easy Attestation is an information and referral website; it does not perform document attestation. To answer a request or obtain a quotation, we may share the phone number and case details with one or more independent providers relevant to your request. These providers may contact you and process the information under their own privacy responsibilities. You are not required to accept a quotation. If you do not want provider sharing, do not submit the referral form; contact us on WhatsApp and state that you want information only. You can also use that channel to ask about the recipients or withdraw your referral request; withdrawal does not undo information already shared.

Why the information is used

  • to answer the specific question or quote request you submitted;
  • to keep a record of what was agreed and prevent enquiries being lost;
  • to protect the form from automated abuse; and
  • to understand, in aggregate, which pages produce useful enquiries.

Retention and deletion

Our working retention period for saved enquiry records is 12 months. Older records are cleared when we process a new enquiry. If no new enquiries arrive, older records can remain for longer; deletion does not happen automatically on the exact anniversary. You can request deletion using the contact below. This cleanup applies to our enquiry database; it does not automatically delete copies in WhatsApp, notification services or an independent provider's records.

To ask what lead data is held, correct it or request deletion, send a WhatsApp message to +971 50 304 7470 and say “privacy request”. We will need to verify that the number making the request matches the number in the enquiry record. Analytics-cookie choices can be changed at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

Website measurement

  • Google Tag Manager manages measurement tags and receives the consent state.
  • Google Analytics 4: the site prepares visit and enquiry-interaction events for this service when you allow analytics.
  • Microsoft Clarity is configured through Google Tag Manager to provide heatmaps and recordings of page interactions, such as clicks and scrolling.
  • Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and its enquiry database and processes network requests.

Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only after you choose analytics in the consent panel. Google's advertising-storage, advertising-data and personalised-ad settings remain denied. Enquiry-interaction events record the step reached, page path and document-related selections. They do not contain the submitted telephone number, name or free-text note. Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft and WhatsApp may process technical or message data in locations outside the UAE under their own infrastructure and contractual arrangements. Their services are governed by their published privacy terms. We limit the information sent to each service to what is needed for delivery, security, measurement or communication.

Your choices

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and to withdraw consent for optional analytics. These rights can have exceptions where information must be retained for security, legal obligations or a dispute. This page is a transparency notice, not legal advice.
